No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases. So please choose carefully before ordering.

If your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us at  info@chicchaoshome.com  within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage and may request that you return the item to us at your own cost.

Once a refund is agreed upon, we will process it within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please understand that we are unable to refund any shipping costs you may have incurred.
