How does local pickup work?

When you place an order online, simply select "Pick up" as your delivery option at checkout and choose our location. We'll prepare your order and send you an email notification when it's ready for pickup.

When will my order be ready?

Most orders are ready within the timeframe shown at checkout. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving the ready-for-pickup notification. After this time, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

What do I need to bring when picking up my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email.

What are your pickup hours?

Our pickup hours are from 1pm-4pm Monday to Saturdays. Please note that pickup may not be available during holidays or special events.

Where exactly do I go to pick up my order?

We will send the pickup address and pickup instructions in the email confirming your order is ready for pickup.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes! The person picking up your order will need to bring the order confirmation email.

Is there a fee for local pickup?

No, local pickup is always free!

Can I change my order from shipping to pickup (or vice versa)?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery method. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet.

What if an item in my pickup order is out of stock?

We'll contact you right away if any items are unavailable. You can choose to wait for the item to be restocked, remove it from your order, or cancel your order for a full refund.

Can I add items to my order when I pick it up?

While we can't modify online orders at pickup, you're welcome to make additional purchases in-store when you collect your order.
